Chinese Chicken With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (boneless)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    green onion, chopped
    1 minced garlic clove
    oil
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    red and green pepper strips
Preparation
    Cut chicken in thin strips; place in mixing bowl with next 6 ingredients.
    Cook walnuts on medium heat in 1 teaspoon oil until gold.
    Remove, sprinkle with sugar.
    Cook vegetables on medium heat in 2 tablespoons oil; remove.
    Cook chicken on high heat; add vegetables.
    Sprinkle with walnuts.
