Mama'S Pork Chops Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, lean and trimmed
    pepper and salt to taste
    dry Mexican seasoning to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
    fresh parsley, cilantro or sweet basil (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry pork chops.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and dry Mexican seasoning.
    Dust with flour and allow to sit in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
