Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese (our favorite is Velveeta)
    8 oz. (2 c.) elbow macaroni
    bread crumbs and paprika (optional)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt margarine.
    Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and mustard.
    Add milk; heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
    Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
    Meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed; drain.
    Combine with sauce in a 2-quart casserole; top with remaining cheese.
    Add bread crumbs and paprika, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned and bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
