Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. liquid sweetener
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cream butter; add sweetener, vanilla and egg.
    Blend well.
    Add flour mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    (Four cookies equal 1 slice bread or 3 fat exchanges.)
