Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken (legs and thighs)
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    garlic seasoning and black pepper
    onion
    bay leaf
    potatoes (approximately 5 spud potatoes)
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water (cut up thighs into 2 small pieces). Boil for approximately 30 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, onion (cut up) and vinegar.
    Add garlic seasoning, black pepper and bay leaf. (Do not throw water away; leave boiled water in pan.)
    Cut potatoes into fours.
    Add potatoes.
    When potatoes are cooked, it is done.
