Coconut Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted in 9 x 12-inch pan
    1 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (6 oz.) frozen coconut
    1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Add flour and nuts to margarine.
    Spread evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until light brown.
    Cool.
    Cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
    Spoon on crust.
    Put half of coconut on cream cheese mixture.
    Combine pudding and milk and beat until thickened.
    Add 1/2 cup Cool Whip.
    Spread over cream cheese and coconut, then spread the remaining Cool Whip on the pudding.
    Put the remaining coconut on the Cool Whip.
    Chill and serve.
    Serves 15.
