Fudgy Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour, unsifted
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix all together.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
