Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
3 c. hot water
2 c. diced process American cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Combine macaroni and
water in 9-inch microproof baking dish. Double wrap tightly
with plastic wrap and cook on High 9 to 10 minutes or
until
macaroni
is cooked but still firm. Pour off any remaining
water,
stir
in cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Cover
and
cook
on High 6 minutes stirring once. Cooking time 15 to 16 minutes.
