Hand Dipped Chocolates - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 can condensed milk
3 sq. bitter chocolate
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 bar household wax

Preparation

Mix together sugar and butter; stir in condensed milk.
Add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and mix well.
