Light Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray muffin tins or 8-inch round pans with cooking spray.
    In bowl, stir flour, cocoa and baking soda. In another bowl, mix oil and sugar.
    Add milk and vanilla; stir. Add wet ingredients to dry.
    Blend well.
    Bake 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Cool and frost if you wish.
