Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. capers, mashed with fork
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, capers, green onion, parsley, pimiento and lemon juice.
    Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
