Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 small cucumber
    1 stalk celery
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar to taste
    mayonnaise to taste
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (use only half can)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and let drain.
    Chop all vegetables and combine them with macaroni.
    Combine canned milk, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Pour over macaroni and vegetables.
    Add shredded cheese and stir.
