Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    oil for deep-fat frying
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk, water and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; beat into egg mixture until smooth. Heat oil to 375\u00b0. Cover bottom of funnel with finger; ladle 1/2 cup batter into funnel. Hold funnel above skillet. Remove finger and in spiral motion, let batter fall into hot oil. Fry 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar.
