Herbed Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. chopped basil leaves
    1 tsp. chopped oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Trim large leaves and tough ends from broccoli; wash broccoli. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Heat 1 inch water in medium saucepan.
    Add broccoli; cover and heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add basil, oregano, salt, garlic and tomatoes.
    Heat for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until hot.
    Pour over broccoli and toss.
