Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put potatoes and water in 2-quart casserole dish or pie plate. Cover with Saran Wrap.
    Microwave on High until fork-tender, about 12 to 15 minutes, stirring after 1/2 time.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain and set potatoes aside.
    Place margarine in a bowl and microwave until melted.
    Stir in remaining ingredients to butter.
    Pour over potatoes.
