Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    8 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
Preparation
    Oil lightly a cookie sheet.
    Spread thawed dough.
    Mix 1 egg with 1 teaspoon oregano and spread 1/2 mixture on dough.
    Layer cheese and pepperoni over dough.
    Roll.
    Brush remaining egg mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
