Coconut Molasses Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. shredded coconut
    pinch of salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, molasses, water and salt. Beat with rotary beater.
    Add coconut.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until custard is set and crust is browned.
