Jordan'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour, unsifted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. sugar (for top)
Preparation
    On low speed, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Mash 1/2 cup blueberries; stir in by hand.
    Fold in the rest of the berries.
    Grease muffin tin well; top surface also.
    Pile mixture high in cups and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
