Garden Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato, sliced
    1 to 2 carrots, sliced
    1 to 2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
    bell pepper
    turnip
    green beans, drained
    corn, drained
Preparation
    Heat iron skillet with 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add garlic and onion, cook 1 minute.
    Add rest of vegetables.
    Stir vegetables frequently and saute 5 to 10 minutes until cooked to your liking.
