Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 scrubbed but unpeeled potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Add potatoes and shake until covered thoroughly.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning potatoes once or twice.
