Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 qt. ripe tomatoes or 1/2 bushel
    7 medium onions
    1 small bunch celery, (4 stalks)
    14 sprigs parsley
    3 bay leaves
    14 Tbsp flour
    14 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp salt
    8 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut up tomatoes, onions, celery and put parsley in. Cook until celery
    tender. Put through sieve. Add bay leaves. Take a little hot tomato juice out, melt butter in it and add to flour to make a paste.
