Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. sifted 10x sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sifted 10x sugar
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease 15 x 1 x 1-inch jelly roll pan; line with wax paper. Grease and flour paper.
    Beat eggs and sugar on medium speed.
    Add pumpkin, flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    On a small towel, sift the 3 tablespoons sugar evenly. Turn cake out on towel; peel wax paper off.
    Roll up cake and towel together.
    Let cool.
