Creole Black Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry black eyed peas
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    creole seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
    Fill with water until 3/4 full.
    Cover and boil until peas are tender adding water if needed.
