Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 1/2 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and margarine (cool).
    Pour warm water in large bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast, stir until dissolved, add to milk mix.
    Stir in flour, batter will be stiff.
    Beat until blended, about 2 minutes.
    Cover and let rise until double (40 minutes).
    Stir down and beat for 1/2 minute.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
