Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked white rice
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
    4 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomato juice.
    Make into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, with tomato juice poured over top of balls.
    Turn after 1/2 hour.
    Cook for 1 hour total.
