Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak (I use sirloin, coated with flour, salt and pepper)
    onion
    catsup
    water
Preparation
    Brown steak with onion.
    Add catsup and water, more depending on amount of gravy you want.
    Simmer.
    The longer the better. Great when served with boiled potatoes.
