Ingredients

2 c. sugar
7 oz. coconut
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 small can pineapple
1 large can Carnation milk
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Beat eggs and add to oleo.
Then add sugar, flour, salt and milk; mix well.
Add coconut and pineapple.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
