On-The-Grill Fish Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh fish steaks, 3/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
    paprika
Preparation
    Place serving size portions of fish on well-greased grill. Spray grill well before putting on fish.
    Baste fish with sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cook about 5 inches from hot coals for 8 minutes.
    Baste with sauce, then turn and cook for 7 to 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes or turns shiny white.
    Serves 4.
