Roasted Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 green peppers or red
    olive oil
    minced garlic or powdered
Preparation
    Wash 8 green peppers (or red sweet) and bake in flat pan in 400\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes, or until they \"color\" nicely. Remove from heat and let cool in covered pot to facilitate peeling. Remove stem and try to spoon out the seeds.
    Place in serving dish, and pour over a generous amount of olive oil as well as salt and minced garlic.
    Good with cooked or broiled meat, especially lamb.
