Spinach With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    coarse salt
    1/4 c. pine nuts, toasted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Wash spinach and let dry.
    Heat oil in large saute pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and saute about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Raise heat to medium-high.
    Add spinach and salt. Saute, turning spinach with tongs for 25 seconds, until spinach just wilts. Reduce heat. Add pine nuts. Drizzle lemon juice and season with pepper.
