Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    corn tortillas
    Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with bell pepper and onion; drain.
    In skillet, soften tortillas with 1 teaspoon of oil.
    Roll ground beef in corn tortillas.
    Place in non-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
