Creamy Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. commercial buttermilk style salad dressing
    1/3 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Scrape carrots; cut into 1 x 1/4-inch sticks.
    Cook carrots, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
    Drain.
    Place in shallow container; set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over carrots; toss gently to coat.
    Cover and chill; stir occasionally. Yields 8 servings.
