Coconut Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned or cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut cream pie filling
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: baking soda and baking powder
    1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg, salt and cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat pumpkin, oil, eggs and yolk until smooth. Add pie filling and beat 1 minute.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
