Peanut Sauce With Mutton - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. mutton
    1 large onion
    8 oz. fresh tomatoes
    1 to 2 large peppers
    2 c. hot water
    3 okra, sliced
    3 to 4 small eggplants, cut up
    8 oz. peanuts
Preparation
    Cut mutton into small pieces.
    Wash in salted water.
    Add salt and a little white pepper.
    Steam for 15 minutes.
    Grind together onion, tomatoes and peppers.
    Add to mixture the water, okra and eggplant.
    Boil 7 minutes.
    Grind peanuts to a paste.
    Add 2 tablespoons cold water; stir into soup.
    Add salt and allow to simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
