Gluten Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Do-Pep
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, half sauteed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. water
    vegetable broth or tomato juice
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients; add all at once to 2 cups water. Stir quickly with a whisk.
    Form into a roll.
    Place in glass loaf pan.
    Cover with vegetable broth or tomato juice.
    Scatter 3 bay leaves on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
