Loose Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. raw rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 head cabbage, sliced
1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation

Saute meat, onion, green pepper and celery until meat is browned.
Remove from heat.
Add rice, salt and pepper.
In casserole, place layers of meat and cabbage.
Pour juice over. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
