Hot! Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. lime juice
8 oz. vinegar
4 oz. water
dash of salt
4 large carrots
6 Habanero peppers
6 Serrano peppers
Preparation

Combine lime juice, vinegar and sliced carrots in blender. Liquefy.
Add salt, water and sliced peppers.
Liquefy again. Pour mixture into saucepan and bring to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a bottle and keep refrigerated.
Makes about 1 quart.
