Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Boil sugar, margarine and corn syrup for 5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
    Add salt, soda and butter flavoring.
    Mix with corn.
    Place on cookie sheets; put into a 200\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Stir every 5 to 10 minutes to keep from burning.
    Cool and eat.
