Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag cut up frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. Minute rice
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. plain croutons
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine soup, milk, rice, onion, mayonnaise, egg and croutons. Mix well. Add cooked broccoli and mix well. Melt cheese and margarine in double boiler.
Layer the broccoli mixture and cheese mixture in a greased casserole, ending with cheese mixture. Spread crackers on top. Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 8 to 10.
