Rotini Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rotini
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. red grapes
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry-banana yogurt
    1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
    10 fresh strawberries, chunked
    1 kiwi, peeled and chunked
Preparation
    Cook rotini according to directions on the package, then drain and rinse several times with cold water.
    Drain again.
    Combine cooled rotini, pineapple chunks, grapes, coconut and slivered almonds.
    Toss with the yogurt.
    Add mandarin oranges, strawberries and kiwi.
    Toss, then chill 4 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
