Russian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. pineapple juice (drained from crushed pineapple)
1 c. cream
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 bananas, mashed
24 miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and allow to cool. Add cream.
Chill in refrigerator until the mixture reaches the mushy stage. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.
(This salad is good for serving with barbecued chicken and baked potatoes.)
