German Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. medium light rye flour
    6 c. white flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    salt to taste
    1 c. dry milk
    4 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Raise for 2 hours in bowl.
    Rework dough; form into loaves. Let set for 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour (\"crusty\").
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
