Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 c. cooked rice or 4 small partially cooked potatoes
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Break up sausage and fry to light brown.
    Remove from skillet and pour off, except 2 or 3 tablespoons fat.
    Cook onion, green pepper and celery until tender.
    Add sausage and tomato soup.
