Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 c. shortening
    about 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt. Cut in shortening.
    Add sufficient cold water gradually to make a dough. Divide dough in thirds.
    Roll out on a lightly floured board to a rectangle 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread each rectangle with sausage.
    Roll up into a roll. Chill a couple of hours or overnight.
    Slice 1/3-inch thick and bake at 400\u00b0.
    Serve with coffee.
