Turtle Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs
6 Tbsp. melted butter
16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped toasted pecans
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/3 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
pecans (for garnish)

Preparation

Mix and press into and up the sides of 9-inch spring-form pan the cookie crumbs with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
