Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. spinach
    5 slices bacon
    6 scallions or onion
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and drain spinach (small leaves).
    Fry bacon and drain. Add scallions, pepper, sugar, vinegar and water.
    Pour boiling mixture over spinach.
    Add eggs and bacon.
    Toss well.
    Serves 6 to 8.
