Kentucky Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) box chocolate wafers, crushed into crumbs
1/2 lb. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. bourbon
chocolate sprinkles
Preparation

Mix chocolate wafers, pecans, cocoa powder and sugar.
Stir in corn syrup and bourbon.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 5 dozen.
