Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed and drained
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Mix together all ingredients and place in baking pan.
