Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sour cream
    2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing mix
    3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, sauteed chicken tenders
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, dressing mix and 1/2 of the cheese. Reserve about 1/3 of this mixture.
    Add cut up chicken and olives and mix.
    Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla shell.
    Roll up and place seam side down on a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Spoon reserved sour cream mixture over tortillas.
    Serve with medium salsa spooned on top.
    Serves 6.
