Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 small sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding
1 small pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
4 packs sugar substitute
1 pkg. D-Zerta whipped topping, prepared as directed on box
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine pineapple with juice, pudding mix, Jell-O and water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to boil.
Remove from heat; cool completely.
